Apollo can manage the registration or transfer process from start to finish:

Liaising with the current domain name hosts
Establishing the correct ownership trail for the domain
Pointing the domain to the correct web pages
Setting up individual email accounts using POP boxes* or email forwarding.

* Please note that existing domain names would need to be transferred to our preferred hosts, in order to set-up the POP boxes.

Our hosting partners, Open Hosting, provide our website hosting solutions. Open Hosting have the required infrastructure and expertise to plan, implement and maintain significant deployments for demanding corporate and government projects. Previously deployed projects include solutions for several NHS trusts in England, Scotland and Wales and services for ITV, Adidas and O2.

The servers are housed in secure facilities in London Docklands and are continuously monitored and managed, with backup servers provided as standard, should hardware fail. Rather than a shared service, which typically imposes content structure restrictions, the servers are dedicated and have no such restrictions, thus enabling us to configure them to the exact requirements for the given project. The server solution is a resilient and robust system designed to comfortably meet individual requirements.

Website Statistics

All hosting facilities come with a statistics package as standard. Effective tracking of site activity is necessary to assess historically the success and use of the website and to provide useful information on which areas or aspects of the site to develop. Apollo provides site auditing through the integration of SmarterStats software, providing businesses with a solid architecture to track growth and forecast Internet trends. Bespoke statistic reports can be developed to assess any specific requirements
